Mark went from a data analyst to a (freaking amazing) chef, and he works in fine diningin Houston, TX. He also provides meal prep for the Houston area, caters events, and is a certified personal trainer that has been in the fitness world for 10 years. After developing a negative and slightly disordered relationship with food by swinging the fitness + health pendulum a little too far, Mark found himself at rock bottom with his relationship with food, but he USED rock bottom to bounce back.
