It's the most wonderful time of the year... or is it? I know there are a lot of differing opinions on setting New Years Goals/Resolutions. Some people love it, some people think it's pointless and that a date shouldn't matter.
I personally am totally cool with meaningful date-or-event-based goal setting (pssst - there's actually some science to it, too).
In today's episode, I want to help give you the framework for not just setting better goals, but for developing better STRATEGIES to plan for, execute, and reach those goals. Long story short: I want 2022 to be the year you go after it and get it.
