Whether it's living in a culture that's perpetually triggered or working through T/trauma triggers and healing, triggers (or otherwise things that generate a large mind/body/nervous system response) are a fascinating concept. I've noticed some core patterns + stages within the journey of identifying and moving through triggers, and in doing so, learned to use them as tools for self-exploration and growth, and ultimately see them as invitations to reclaim our power.
